Lionsgate Merch Store Return Policy

EFFECTIVE: June 12, 2026

All sales are final except for damaged, defective, or flawed items.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, color preference, change of mind, delayed use, duplicate orders, or ordinary wear and tear.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially flawed, contact us at lionsgatemerch@bellacanvas.com within 14 days after delivery. Include your order number, the email address used for the order, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Returns must be approved before shipment. Items sent back without authorization may be refused.

Approved returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase. After inspection, we may issue a replacement, refund to the original payment method, or another remedy required by applicable law.

This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

EU and UK customers.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom and you purchased an item through a distance sale, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after the day you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, receive the item. This right applies only where required by applicable EU or UK consumer law and does not apply to customers outside the European Union or United Kingdom.

To exercise this right, contact us at lionsgatemerch@bellacanvas.com before the 14-day period expires and include your order number, the email address used for the order, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel under your EU or UK cooling-off right. You must return the item without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

After we receive the returned item or you provide evidence that you sent it back, we will refund the purchase price and any standard delivery charge required by applicable law to the original payment method. We may reduce the refund for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. This cooling-off right does not apply where an exception under applicable law applies, including for items made to your specifications or clearly personalized, or sealed items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
